Please read this policy carefully before making any safari or travel booking.

1. Government Permit Policy

As per Forest Department / wildlife authority rules, safari permits are generally
non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a permit is issued in the guest’s name, cancellation, modification, or transfer may not be possible.

2. Service Fee Refund

Our professional service fee may be refundable only if we are unable to initiate or process your booking request.

Once booking coordination has started, availability checked, or slots blocked, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

3. Unforeseen Circumstances

ExploreWildlife Tour is not liable for refunds in cases such as:

• Park closure due to rain, flood, or natural events
• Government restrictions or administrative orders
• VIP movement or security restrictions
• No-show by the guest at safari reporting time
• Late arrival causing missed safari entry

4. MDR & Gateway Charges

Bank transaction fees, payment gateway charges, MDR fees, or processing charges are non-refundable as they are collected by third-party providers.
